T.L.E. Management, LLC is a fast growing company that specializes in the management and rehabbing of residential and commercial properties for Dayton, Springfield, Fairborn and surrounding areas. The owner Tammy Evans, is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and has had lengthy experience in all aspects of the rental process. T.L.E. offers these services for owners, tenant acquisition, screening and placement, full rehab and rehab evaluation of properties, rental inspections as well as eviction services.
